1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to KK Lion. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and the KK Lion platform ("KK Lion", "we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing the KK Lion website at kklion.fun, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the KK Lion platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms will be taken as your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically for any changes.

2 Eligibility

Use of the KK Lion platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must meet all of them to register or maintain an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. KK Lion does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of a third party or organisation.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify the rules that apply in your location before using the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or family member of a KK Lion employee in a position that creates a conflict of interest with gaming activity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

KK Lion reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof that you meet the minimum age requirement, your account may be suspended and any balance held until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one KK Lion account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, same phone number, same payment method or the same device — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, KK Lion may close all but one of them and forfeit any bonus funds attached to them.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password and login details — secure and confidential. Do not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact KK Lion support immediately.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the KK Lion platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). KK Lion supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — Direct wallet transfers. Deposits typically reflect within minutes of confirmation.
• Easypaisa — Mobile wallet transfers. Processing time is generally under five minutes during standard hours.
• Raast — Pakistan's real-time payment infrastructure. Transfers settle instantly.
• Bank Transfer — Standard interbank transfers. Processing times vary by institution.
• Cards & Mobile Wallets — Debit and credit cards and additional wallet options as displayed at the time of deposit.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed clearly during the deposit process. KK Lion does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may be reversed.

KK Lion does not accept deposits made using funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal or unauthorised means. Any deposit identified as originating from such activity will be reversed and the account reviewed accordingly.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure. If a withdrawal to the original method is not possible, KK Lion support will assist in arranging an alternative.

Before a withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete identity verification. This is a one-time process for most accounts and involves confirming your name and the ownership of your payment account. Accounts that have not completed verification may experience delays on larger withdrawals.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated on the Withdrawal page.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at the time of the request.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal from a bonus balance can be processed.
• KK Lion reserves the right to carry out additional checks before releasing large withdrawal amounts. This is done to protect the security of your account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

KK Lion offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These are listed on the Promotions page and are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are stated per promotion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per person, per household and per payment account, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement is the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Uncompleted wagering will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided at expiry.
• Certain game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Live Casino games, Sports Betting markets and specific slots may carry different contribution percentages. These are specified per promotion where applicable.
• KK Lion reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. This does not affect bonuses already credited to active accounts.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or using third-party software to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in forfeit of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

7 Gameplay Rules

KK Lion offers a range of gaming products including Live Casino, Fish Games, slots and arcade titles through the Game Lobby. The following rules apply across all game types:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. KK Lion cannot reverse a confirmed bet unless a technical error is clearly identified on the platform's side.
• In the event of a game disconnection during a live session, the system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. The outcome will be determined based on the recorded state. KK Lion is not liable for connection issues caused by your internet service provider or device.
• Game outcomes for digital titles use certified random number generation. Live Casino outcomes are determined by physical equipment operated by real dealers in a controlled studio environment.
• If a game round is voided due to a technical error on the platform side, the bet amount will be returned to your account balance in full.
• Players must not use automated scripts, bots or any third-party software designed to influence game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.

8 Sports Betting

The Sports Betting section on KK Lion covers Cricket including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, Test matches and other major tournaments, as well as Football and other sports. The following terms apply specifically to sports betting activity:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
• KK Lion reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were displayed incorrectly due to a technical or data error.
• In-play bets are accepted during live events and are governed by the same rules as pre-match bets. Live odds update in real time and placement is subject to network latency.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or not completed within the specified timeframe, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules per market type are shown in the Betting section.
• KK Lion does not accept bets placed on events where the outcome is known at the time of placement. Any such bets identified will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are shown during the bet placement process.

9 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KK Lion platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one account on the platform under any circumstances.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that have been obtained fraudulently.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, scripts or any technical exploit.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or platform data without authorisation.
• Abusing the customer support team through threatening, abusive or offensive behaviour.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or system faults for financial gain rather than reporting them to KK Lion support.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

KK Lion reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for doing so include but are not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or concerns about problem gambling behaviour that require intervention for the player's protection.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, KK Lion will communicate with you via your registered contact details. Any genuine balance held in your account at the time of suspension will be reviewed as part of the investigation process. Balances associated with fraudulent activity will not be returned.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting KK Lion support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing.

11 Limitation of Liability

KK Lion provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

KK Lion is not liable for any loss of winnings, data or opportunity arising from platform downtime, network issues on your end, device incompatibility or any other factor outside the direct control of the platform. You use the platform at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring your device and connection are suitable for gaming.

KK Lion's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the value of the player's verified account balance at the time the claim arises.

12 Privacy & Data

By using the KK Lion platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors and identity verification services as necessary to operate the platform securely.

13 Changes to These Terms

KK Lion reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For significant changes, KK Lion may notify registered players via their registered contact details, though this is not guaranteed for minor amendments.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any update will be taken as your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should close your account and cease using the platform.
